Womak Alfa sp. z o. o. is a sister company of Womak sp. z o. o from Wrocław. It has been on the market since 2003, a period of rapid development of shopping centres in Poland. It is the main investor of Nowy Świat Shopping Centre in Rzeszów. The opening of the centre is planned for the last quarter of 2009. To facilitate the communication between the housing estates in the vicinity of Nowy Świat, Womak Alfa sp. z o. o. is going to build a tunnel that connects the housing estates. It will be a good solution not only for the people who live there but also for the whole city.
